Pioneer has developed a new 500GB optical disc that contains 25 layers and can be manufactured to function with Blu-ray players. You can store up to 20 full HD movies on a single disc with this 500GB optical disc. Production will be two to four years before this new optical disc is made available for customers. Via Tech Fresh.
